Can anyone tell me if there is a way to swap small quantities of UK pounds for US dollars without paying any commission in the UK? Are there any banks or foreign exchange places that will change it for free?
There are no banks or exchange places on the planet that will do ANYTHING free. They MAY hide the fee in the exchange rate they offer, but they charge a fee in some form for ALL transactions.
I tried a lot of reviews , and all reviews point to one another as crap.Which one should i believe ?I am confused ,Could anyone give me some information or with experience would be grateful to you.
The reason you’re finding a lot of crappy reviews is that forex trading is full of scams. Everyone wants to sell you signals and collect your commissions. Your question already has at least one blatant scam answer.
In real life, Foreign Exchange is a very large market populated by serious experienced professionals. With no experience, you would be a lamb among wolves. You would lose.
Whoever has convinced you that novice forex trading is a good idea has done you a grave disservice. Please reconsider.

I want to send a payment to Australia and I don’t have a Visa/Mastercard. Can my NatWest bank give me a cheque made out in Aus$ to send and charge my uk account?
You can send a bank draft - that is a foreign currency cheque that is guaranteed by the issuing bank.
It will cost you about GBP12 to be be issued.
It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to be cleared into the payee’s account
Any Bank will be able to do this, you just need to go to the foreign currency counter.
You can also send a Telegraphic Transfer - you will either need a destination account or bank branch with a nominated payee. These cost around GBP25. The Advantage with these is the funds are usually cleared & available to the payee in around 24 hours.
