I think the question was certainly about trading, but more specifically about Forex trading.

I typically get all of information from ebooks, rather than regular books. I usually spend the bulk of my time at the computer. The best E-book I have seen to getting started in Forex is:

Why don’t you contact your forex trading broker as many of them provide beginners training courses absolutely free.
I know for sure that cityindex and some other financial spread betting firms offer some forex and trading courses free of charge.
So it will be a good begining and then you’ll learn more as you trade.

I have a few valuable forex trading web sites, in particular some of them relate to the issues of avoiding scams in this field. Many people have lost their money to get this information and you can get it without any damages to your budget. But I would not like sharing this information here lest it does not look like advertising these web sites. It would be better, if I send you these websites by email. So my email is forexsmarty@yahoo.com. If you are really interested in this information, I will be always glad to help you.
