When is the best time of the day to trade on the Forex.I'm in the UK.
Forex is a highly dynamic market with lots of price swings in a single minute. This characteristic allows you to enter the market many times a day and gain some profit from the trades.
I think the best time to trade in a day is at peak hours.

You are in luck! The best time to trade Forex is during the London session. I've listed the hours below for you:
London opens 3:00 am to 12:00 noon EST
Of course, being in the US I wish the hours were different, but it is well worth it for me to wake up earlier than normal to trade this very active Forex session.

I prefer always trading during the highest trading hours: By this I mean when the market is most active whatever the currency pair. This is when the market is most stable and is not subject to a big Banks interference which is totally unpredictable.
